Services

Prime O Towing is a Michigan-licensed light-duty towing and roadside assistance company (USDOT 4544098). We maintain commercial general liability and commercial auto insurance on every truck in service. Services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, accident recovery, and winch-out.

Pricing and payment

You hear the total before dispatch. Payment is due at the completion of service unless billed directly to an insurer or roadside assistance club. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our commercial insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the tow, or items left inside the vehicle at your discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
